Commercial Foods & Culinary Arts
Introduction
This program, designed for Adults with Disabilities, prepares students for employment as assistant pastry chefs in the hospitality industry. The course includes baking and cake decorating techniques. Training in communication, leadership, human relations, and safe efficient work practices completes the skill set in this field.
